1. Ticket Purchase / Ticketkauf

All ticket purchases are subject to availability and the terms stipulated by the event organizers. Tickets are personal and non-transferable unless otherwise stated. Alle Ticketkäufe unterliegen der Verfügbarkeit und den Bedingungen der Veranstalter.

2. Payments & Refunds / Zahlungen & Rückerstattungen

• Payments must be made in full at the time of booking. Zahlungen müssen zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung vollständig erfolgen.
• Refunds or exchanges are only possible in accordance with the specific event’s policy. Rückerstattungen oder Umtausch sind nur gemäß der Veranstaltungsrichtlinie möglich.
• magisye does not guarantee event dates or times and is not responsible for cancellations or changes.

3. Event Attendance / Veranstaltungsteilnahme

Attendees must comply with all venue regulations and local laws. magisye reserves the right to refuse entry or remove attendees not complying with rules. Teilnehmer müssen alle Veranstaltungsregeln und Gesetze einhalten. Bei Regelverstößen kann der Zutritt verweigert werden.

4. Intellectual Property / Geistiges Eigentum

All content on the magisye platform, including logos, text, and images, are protected by copyright and trademarks. Nutzung ohne Genehmigung ist untersagt.

5. Limitation of Liability / Haftungsbeschränkung

magisye shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform or attendance at events, except as required by law. Keine Haftung für Schäden durch Nutzung der Plattform oder Teilnahme an Veranstaltungen, soweit gesetzlich zulässig.

6. Privacy / Datenschutz

Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully to understand how we handle your data. Ihre personenbezogenen Daten werden gemäß unserer Datenschutzerklärung verarbeitet.

7. Changes to Terms / Änderungen der Bedingungen

magisye reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Änderungen der Bedingungen werden auf dieser Seite veröffentlicht.

8. Governing Law / Anwendbares Recht

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Gerichtsstand ist das Recht der Niederlande.
